第54章 爱因斯坦的电梯

在上一章,已经讲到, 广义相对论在某种意义上是一个弯曲光线的仪器。爱因斯坦也正是对光线弯曲的研究中最后走向广义相对论的。

但历史的发展就好象是股票市场上庄家拉升一个股票，不是一天就拉完的，必须有一个不断洗盘不断拉升的过程。 在我们走向广义相对论的时候，我们要采取了这样一条曲折爬升的路线来讲解。一天不可能完成一只股票的拉升，同样道理一天不能学会广义相对论。


做庄好象做贼，需要出人意料。写作物理学历史也是同样的，我们在这一章又要回过头来，深入谈谈1907年的爱因斯坦电梯。

跳楼的那一瞬间， 人是在引力场中做自由落体运动，感受不到重力的压迫，这是一种真正轻松的状态。

质点是不会自转的，只有刚体才会自转。在物理学中，在机器人研究中，刚体的运动非常重要。一般来说，一个刚体就是3个相互正交的矢量组成的一个标架。

因 为测地线的切矢量可以做为第一个矢量场,把它确定下来以后,我们可以寻找剩下的三个矢量场,这三个矢量场一开始是正交的,并且要沿着测地线继续保持正交. 这是可以找到的,但这三个矢量场必须满足一个性质,那就是它们沿着测地线应该是平行移动的.这相当于要满足一个矢量场的方程.

爱因斯坦的电梯作为一个无限小的点,是做测地线运动的,但作为惯性系,它还应该是一个在运动过程中没有自转的标架.
